Make sure you've got ''Tracktor DJ Studio 2'', by Native Instruments installed on your pc. This is the best pc based mixing package i've used - it's spot on!

It's got so many features on it - it's got an EQ for each channel, resonance, hi/mid/lo pass filters and plenty of other effects too, you can record your mixes .... you can also do all the effects you can on a normal turntable, including scratching!

The only drawback is that you need 2 soundcards to be able to run it properly (so that you can cue the 2nd tune up while the first is playing ... as you normally would) but i'd not let this put you off ..... this is a serious piece of kit

This gets a definite 9/10 from me thumbs.gif

How does it compare to 1, I have used version 1 (well, I am assuming it was 1), and found it clunky. Are there issues with latency and soundcards and stuff, as there are with virtual instruments.

I also found the beat matching feature pretty iffy, it kept changing its mind on what bpm the stuff was.

Keep on subject ladies!!

Blink - i think they've pretty much sorted most of the problems out now - i've been using this for a couple of weeks now and have had no problems at all.

For those who havent seen it before, attached is a screenshot to tempt you ....
