For those of you booking Ibiza with us this year (either 1 or 2 weeks), please email or PM me with the following information ASAP for all members of your party:

I require your £100 deposits ASAP, with a cut-off date for these at the end of April. If you miss this deadline, we cannot guarantee your booking. I will inform you of the payment methods once I receive your reply.

We can’t confirm the final numbers, prices, or accommodation until all deposits are in to secure the booking. The total holiday price is likely to be between £320–£350 for the 2-week holiday period. For those going for 1 week, we’ll need to confirm the price based on the number of people; I can’t give an exact amount until then. What I can confirm is that we will definitely be staying in apartments in the San Antonio region. We are looking at booking apartments from the Escapades holiday brochure, which is available at most travel agents. I’ll get more information and pictures to you as soon as I can.

If we don’t meet the required numbers for flights/accommodation, we will refund everyone’s deposits and everyone will need to find their own holiday deals. However, I’m confident this won’t happen!

Note: The final payment for the holiday will be due 10 weeks before departure.

I’ve just checked the list of people who have contacted me so far, and over 40 people are definitely interested! The sooner we can all get deposits in, the sooner we can finalize the details for the holiday. The plan is for everyone to stay in the same accommodation. This is our first time arranging this, but we’re confident we can pull it off!

James - I've got the escapades brochure what apartments is it ur looking into? Ironically when I picked a few up I thought this one had the best deals to suit us!

I need to know which apartments as well as Glen & Chloe want to know before they book with us
