Posted April 2, 200322 yr CTW Members Well i have a few, most of my favs are to do with the history of northern ireland, ww2 or philosophy. however a book that i fell totally in love with is called Choke by chuck palahniuk. If any of you know fight club, which i'm sure you do. Well he's the guy that wrote that. The book is a little bit of a head [censored], but as the Independent on Sunday said 'CHOKE is FIGHT CLUB for sex addicts'. I have to thank Ickle_m0nster for puttin me onto it. I recommend everyone reads it. Fookin class read!!!!

My favourite book is; Shooting from the Hip Can't remember who it's by, but it's a biography of Quentin Tarantino, and it's [censored] amazing. I also like; Rebel without a Crew - Robert Rodruiguez The story of making and selling the film El Mariachi. Superb. As for fiction books; Angels Flight - Micheal Connelly Superb San Francisco detective novel. Harder. Faster. Better. Stronger. Badder. Smarter. Wub Wub

April 2, 200322 yr CTW Members The Dark Tower Series (to date) by Stephen King. Saying that I am re-reading the Stand after about 10 years and appreciating it sooooooo much more, it could come a close second

Saying that I am re-reading the Stand after about 10 years and appreciating it sooooooo much more, it could come a close second I am just re-reading the Dark Tower Series, and keep meaning to get out my Unabridged version of The Stand, which I haven't read yet, but the original version has to rate as one of my favourite books. Another series of books I like is "The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant:Unbeliever" by Stephen Donaldson....very Tolkien inspired

I am sure it was the unabridged version I read all those years ago, but it what I have bought most recently....it's great, amazing how quickly I am getting through considering that I only read for about half an hour a day
