Thanx guys, I went to the doctor earlier and she said I was fine, just need rest (which it doesn't look like I'm going to get! ) I also got a huge lecture which was just what I needed, but at least I'm breathing, lol!

hello tara, hope you are feelin ok i know its hard for u at the moment to have a rest but PLEASE do try. chill out on saturday get some friends to have a quiet night with u it will help.

 

like we said on monday u need to detox for a bit it will help in the long run as you'll be able to carry on for longer!

 

 

Yeah I'm going to make sure I do nothing for the rest of the weekend and the following week! Luckily it'll be the easter holidays then and I'll be able to relax a bit, right now just leaving the house is an effort...............
