or is that a misquote and what he really said was my team is CAPABLE of going whole season unbeaten which after a record breaking unbeaten run of 30 odd games and scoring in 50 odd consecutive games i think hes entitled to say dont u??

Isn't any team capable of going a season unbeaten if they don't lose a game. If that's wot he said then wot a pointless statement!

 

And back in January he told us they were gonna do the treble. Don't think they made it out of the group stages in Europe again!

basking in past glories at least we have sum spurs fan!! i havent even mentioned past glories and dont tend to either, i think ul find weve had one bad season rather than one good one!! last year we did wot man u will do this i.e finish 2nd and get to 1/4 of champs lge

I never said that we Spurs fans have anything the bask in, but at least we're not bitter and twisted. And we don't carry on with things such as "Ferguson is no match for Shankly and Paisley!"

 

Remember in the times of Liverpools success there was a dearth of footballing talent around Europe. I don't deny they were a good side but Ferguson has acheived more with more clubs over a longer period than either of them. He won the Cup Winners Cup with Aberdeen.

 

Also wasn't it the Liverpool fans who conspired to have us banned from Europe? Probably cos they didn't want anyone else stealing their spurious crown!

Afraid I'm gonna have to disagree with that one becuase Man U have been capablr of maintaining a level in Europe and in England at the same time, even Leeds have managed to do better than Arsenal in Europe. If Arsenal could manage a couple of Semi-Final appearances in the Champions League, then they would be able to claim to be as good/better than any other English team, but as it is, they are still behind Man U (yes, Man U and Arsenal are still way ahead of everyone else in the league, Liverpool are their nearest rivals on a sustained level)

i think ul find to be the best in england u gotta win the league, therefore as reignin champs arsenal are best! thort they were unlucky in champs lge this year 2 b honest, plus man utd always have easier draws, notice fergie doesnt mention fixed draws when hes getting easy groups every year?! paisley was more successful than fergie by a country mile too by the way, tho its difficult to compare whos best over different eras of football as so much has changed

And if Arsenal were unluck in Europe then equally Utd were unlucky in the league last year!
