How the hell can someone design stainless steel saucepans when this is actually DANGEROUS ?

 

Imn talking about the actual handle being steel aswell.

 

When these saucepans are used the heat travels from the base of the saucepan all around and then insulates into the handle, therfore, you can't pick it up with your bare hands as you will burn yourself. (obviously).

 

Were these pans made just for show, or were they actually designed by the irish ?

 

Tis is a bit stupid if you ask me !

 

you can get these little glove things that go over the handle

 

i think its so it dosent go scabby like wood can, or get burnt and also they can be put in the oven.

there used by the profesionalls because of the fact they can be in use for 12 hours continuous cooking.....which the wooded & plastic ones wouldnt last.

 

and you can put them under the grill in the oven to finish off or keep the food warm

I know this is off topic (where is that smilie) but it's to do with designing dangerous things.

 

 

Myself AND PAULA nearly killed everyone Friday night

 

 

About an hour before the end, went and got our coats and put them on the floor, later Paula said to me "can you smell burning" yep we surely could.

 

WE'D put our coats on top of a light that was in the floor why would you put a light in the floor.
