i asked about this lat week mate, no one knows, so ive given up!! iv come to conclusion that the higher the bar the more of a state u must be!!! there4 low is good mate

Its to tell people how full your profile is (ICQ, hobbies, etc)

 

80% means you haven't filled all the fields in.

Where it says about "email address to show with each post" Fill that in..... it doesnt actually show on ur post, but will give u 100%!
