What pisses me off even more is when you get an illegal immigrant couple who come on the tube, the guy plays his accordion (badly) and the woman tries to make you feel guilty when you don't give them money even though she's fat and obviously gets enough food.

 

I was on the tube once and they were going round & the tube driver came over the tannoy and said

 

"Please do not give the beggars on this train any money because when they get off at marble arach they are picked up in a brand new BMW"

round where I live, there's a few women that hang around the traffic lights with their babies, and theres also a one and half legged man who walks around with his trouser leg up, all knocking on your windows for money. Lucky they dont get run over accidently on purpose.

 

they always get a large funk off from me...I'd rather give any spare money I have to old people or animals

i just dont see why i should give them any money tbh, they get free accommodation, health care and benefit when they come over so i need my hard earned cash more than they do

agreed, you've got half the population (not acurate may I add) still living with parents working their butts off to try and get together money for mortgages, and then these people come along, and just get everything free. We should look after our own

at a local small shopping centre yesterday evening there was a guy playing a guitar badly busking....almost put up a post about it ....do you feel "bad" when you DON'T give any money to a busker? even tho if you'd been in exactly the same place, and they hadn't been busking, ur life would have been no different (and a bit quieter)

On our way to the meet up pub for WC gave a beggar £1 to tell us which way it was, also told him that if he'd sent us the wrong way we'd be back.

 

Which he had, which we did ... the bastid had gone
