I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but the dates for Ibiza have been changed.

The majority of us are going out there 24th August to 5th September 2003 - this is because of the gigs we have been offered for our CTW DJs and have had to change the dates so that they can play at certain promotions.

Also means that @Guyster will be able to come out there with us for the first week as well and get a chance to play.

 

iv booked off th first 2 weeks.

good job that was mentioned! think matt already has booked his time off, and there is not much chance of me being able to go late august.

 

i have to say it should have been put to the rest of the board a little earlier, i understand the DJs have to fit around the clubs, but after all the mesing around with polls etc over the past few months, it should have been said earlier.

I mean isn't it a bit late to change the dates after it has already been announced officially and presumably so many members have booked time off work etc.

 

I'm going to France on those dates - booked it the day after james annouced the "official ibiza dates"

 

if people want to go earlier then fair enough but I don't see why we should all change because of it

colin i think you are right - but most peeps ill prob still go first two weeks in sept anyway having already booked time off.

 

i have to say sarah, there really should have been more involvement with us about this, what is the point in our DJs playing on a ctw night when non of us will be there?

 

im sure it has taken some organising but i know that i feel a bit left io=n the dark now about any nights that are taking place.

I think I'm also going to have issues changing my dates as we've got a solid development project plan at work and all holiday is now frozen

 

I dont see why we cant say we are there for the 3 week period - and all of us there for the middle week, with some also there the week prior and after that.

 

I know there are many who have already booked holidays / villas so they wont be changing their dates in either case.

 

This is why its extremely difficult trying to get everyone out there at the same time, and in the same accomodation. Peoples agendas change and such is life. Next year or the year after I intend on putting a big deposit down on some accomodation and having ONE date, ONE deal - people are either in or they're not - and the details wont/cant change.

Well guys, I guess the dats need to be decided NOW. If its the first 2 weeks of sept as mostly all hav booked those dates, say now so i can sort myself out!

 

Either way u have to decide and stick to what dats are going ahead, ASAP otherwise all plans are guna go tits up. Simple as.
