It was taken off. Just out of interest, if 30 odd people are going to Sundissential or Camden of wherever is it classed as a 'official meetup' ? EIther way people are going reagardless of whether CTW members are there or not and meet-ups can be arranged via the event post itself by adding your name to the attendee list. An 'Official Meet-up' is a ClubTheWorld meet-up, ie, organised by ClubTheWorld.

Your thoughts ....

maybe it's only classed as an "Official Meet-up" if either you, J or S are going confused.gif

Completely wrong, you see this is what people think and its not true. For instance if say Pepsi organised some massive meet-up for the midlands lot getting say 20 people somewhere then thats classed as a CTW meet-up whether we are there or not, same goes for Alton Towers or anything like that. Its not like that at all. Its a members site for members.

i've lost it, where did it go

we removed it and Official Reviews

these will appear elsewhere in the site.

Official meet-ups are really where say 10+ people from the site are attending.

Longer term i hope to have a better automated solution for people putting their names down for an event and for also viewing the current confirmed/tentative list of attendees...

well thats how we had it, and i agree possible the official meetup forum should be a forum where people can see whos going where?

Call it Who's Going Where???????????

Surely THIS WEEK and CLUBBING EVENT SUGGESTIONS should be enough for this, I cant see how anything is official ClubTheWorld unless its been organised by ClubTheWorld like our own nights, social events, member meet-ups (non-clubbing) etc, going to major clubs is not official ClubTheWorld. The list of names can surely go into the post itself.
