Still ongoing I'm afraid AJ! I need to trace down this person because the emails are becoming more and more abusive, two more over the weekend so its beginning to get a bit worrying now!

i suggest email-bombing her - i can do this for you if you like ?

The thing is, I dont know who the hell this is now, the person I thought it was is in fact not the person! How do you approach it?? By doing that you could set off retaliation, this sounds like a war or something but thats exactly how it feels!!!!

just ignore the emails - or change email address and only let a few of us know the new one - i can also set up filtering to ignore certain addresses. The longer you ignore the more likely they will get bored as they are no longer sparking a reaction.
