Dear all

 

A few experiences resently has made me have a good hard look at the way I am living my live right now & I don't like it. Things have GOT to change for me so I am doing something about it. I am pulling out of the scence for a while. I have really enoyed the last 6 months but it is all begining to take it's toll on me. I really do want to stay in contact with you all, so please don't become strangers just because I wont be shakin my ass on the podium with you.

TOTALLY with you on that one hun - its SO nice to see people "telling it how it is" and you should be so proud of yourself for admitting there is a problem in the first place (not that I noticed it in your case of course!)

I haven't met you yet DuDu, but if thats what you feel then you should do what you need to.

I'm 28 & from the age of 18 to 24 I really went for it & that caused my whole personality to change. Basically I had to give it a rest or it would have turned nasty. Now that I have lived it up bugtime & also chilled, I realise that I love clubbing but need to do it in moderation, becau8se I want to stay sane!!

Anyway, that's enough of me waffling on, hopefully I will get to meet you sometime soon.

Good luck & keep in touch. I also am going to be calming it down as think it is needed. Im still gonna be going out but am going to get back to being the real me.

i think im going to join a convent when i go home

although i don't really know you. One of the best things i did was take about a year out of the scene as it does take it's toll.

Dont really know you hun, but i did meet and talk to you on saturday and you seemed like a really nice person!!

 

Iv just had a break from stuff and i feel it has done me good, even tho it wasnt a planned break!! I think everyone needs one every now and then and i hope you come back feelin better for it too!!

 

And i also love the way everyone here backs u up on any decision u make like this, after all i guess its not as easy to say ur havin a break and not goin out as much than it is to say ur out every weekend!! Hope to meet you again soon tho!!

Im sure everything will fall into place eventually,these things usually do.

I feel a big sigh of relief now that i have made this deccission.

People are being really supportive - which is very comforting.

It's also great to know I'm not the only one who has felt like this. I know James has been in the head space I'm in at the mo, but I didn't realise so many others had too.

 

At the end of the day the drugs some of us take are supposed to enhance an evening, but right now they are taking over & I'm not in control - BUT I WILL BE!

 

I'm off work now til Wed, I felt a couple of days off in this sunshine would do me good!

I wouldn't hurt for many of us to calm down on the biscuits and sherbhert. I know I am, its not so much out of control but i can see it heading that way, so no drugs for me now - at least until Ibeza.

 

My body is a temple after all, (a bit round and lumpy like the Taj Mahal)
