er - girls, girls - the reason for that voice is because i'm at fecking work and have about 4 people looking at me everytime the phone goes and its obvious its nothing to do with work - dont know why i get paranoid but i do.

 

also - i really dont like the phone too much - cant judge the recipients facial expressions and I worry they think i'm full of shite - end of the day people think I'm full of shite in the flesh too !

 

anyway, i will have to go on a course or something to gain confidence over the phone - i'm better in person these days so i cant understand it.
