Laurence, unfortunately, life is like this im afraid, I think I speak for a majority who either own or rent, that it is fooking hard & I am with Lou in the sense that you do have to live within your means etc & cut back where possible to live comfortably!! It is called budgeting!! Things like your phone bill, records etc, you cut back, even with food, gas & elec you can budget!!

 

It takes a while to get used to it but it will become eiser & you you will find a way to get by sp-to-speak, so that you can have your luxuries!!

well my point was this: even after cutting back, i'm still spending more on living than i'm earning. the only luxary i have is my records, phone and the odd tippel

 

am in the process of looking for new properties tho. the only reason i ended up at my current place was due to time constraints (long story) so it was only ment to be a temporary place

cool, seems you are doing it all the right way Laurence, I do sympathise as it is a bastard trying to make neds meet etc!!!

yeah, i think the only reason i'm so down about it is because i really dont like the house i'm living in.

 

but like i said - only 3 more months

 

might even move back in with me parents, save a little cash and get a morgage some where good (just as soon as i know where i want to settle)

My Dad said that after finishing uni this year that i can come bk home for a few months til i get sorted!!

 

ive said ill still b there in 3 years but he said no u wont!
