i am an awfull 8 st! with a fat belly

 

Thats not heavy- christ one of my legs probably weighs that lol

 

as for belly- I don't think so!

 

Just go to the gym, eat plenty of fruit and veg and still enjoy "naughty" foods

Thats the easy bit - you simply eat more than you burn off!

Eat plenty of carbs (rice, pasta, pototoes) and combine with lots of protein (fish, chicken) and vegs!

As a qualified weight training instructor, i agree with sarah, the best thing for you to do is do some gym [censored], even 30 mins on an exercise bike a day will help loads.

Ive not been in a gym for 5 years, for 1 reason or another, i stayed the same weight but grew a belly from somewhere cry.gif so shes right bout muscle weighing more than fat.

the key i find is don't think about it lots. Just kinda do it. Like sports, i love rugby and don't really see it as exercising cus it's fun (when you don't have shin splints that is).

I actully put on weight going to the gym, lately i stopped going and lost weight again, i'v e just gone back as i feel healthier if i go, but well only diet i'd reccommend is cereals diet, rather than snacking, whenver i get hungry i jsut eat cereals, and jsut have 1 meal at nite grin.gif

btw i'm 5' 4" and hover between 8 - 8 and half, always trying to get down to 8 tho!

tryin to lose my baby weight, tho it wasnt a lot as such, well for baby weight.... i still wana lose some and am really quite para about my weight!! frown.gifshrug.gif

sarah - that's the thing, i do eat shitloads, and am trying to do weights and stuff now, but no weight gainage shrug.gif

 

Went from 12stone to 8stone when i had glandular fever a few years agao and most i've ever been since then is 10 stone confused.gif
