Just out of sheer curiousity, Would anyone else here invest in a luxury restaurant for 2 - 3 million pounds, then employ 25 unemployed, non-trained teenagers to run it, with only four weeks odd to train them yourself ?

nb He is not training them. He can't cos he's never worked in a proper restuarant as anything other than a trainee.
