thinking spetember would be good, give any uni/college people time to save up during the summer hols and stuff. And after all the festivasl in summer too.

July and August are usually too busy. End of June / start of July, or end of August / start of Sept are usually the best times.

I think the time we went last year was good. End of August/beginning Sept. Not too busy but still hot!!!

Am I missing something, or wasn't everyone complaining it wasn't busy enought last year ???

must admit I thought it wasnt busy enough and lacked atmosphere. Personally I would rather go in a slighter busier period but more importantly go when the majority want to go.

 

This could be very difficult to sort out - last year took so long we missed the chances of getting a villa - lets try and agree on a definite date asap.

In fairness though getting as many people as we did was good enough, getting a villa would have been a bonus !

I think this time its crucial we have no more than 2 different locations for accomodation (preferably 1) as arranging meet-ups over there is a complete nightmare. There is always someone to wait for and then someone getting another drink when we said we were going or someone just gone to get money/cigarettes or someone gone off to speak to a looky looky man etc.. etc.. If we are all in one place we can all leave together and stay together and then split up into whichever clubs we want to go to but I dont think once last year did we ever have everyone together at one time because people couldnt be arsed to keep walking so far to the other peoples accomodation.

 

All staying in San An is a must as well

All staying in one hotel or one cluster of villas is IDEAL. I cant tell you how much better the whole holiday will be if we can do this - for one I could approach the TV companies who approached me last year who wanted to film a group of clubbers in a villa - if anyone is up for this let me know.

 

I'm hoping we can get at least 50 of us going - perhaps 100 but its important we get to ONE deal and people can take it or leave it - there is no compromise as this doesnt [censored].

This will need to be sorted pretty sharpish then !!!

Options on accomodation, area of San An, Hotel etc !!

This year I went Ibiza twice, in july then in september with you guys.

I have to say that I prefered the crowd in July, there was more atmosphere, not as many pissheads, more real clubbers and more women! So in my opinion I think it'd be better to go earlier..............

i can go anytime cept for on 12th july as it's my cousins' wedding and been told i can't miss it!

The holiday co we went wtih last time sent me brochure saying they do mass group bookings - james let me know if u want the details as their pretty reasonable and 1 of the hotels was rite near bar m on the beach! we sneaked in there once n was wicked hotel!

James, if you want a villa, it's not going to be in San An. Had a brief look last year, so a car is a must.

As for TV, I'm in ! Was being filmed last night for some Channel 4 program. I'm gonna be a star !!
