Can't sleep Insomnia

Its very strange, I can sleep anytime of day as long as its light when I fall asleep. As soon as it gets dark I can't get to sleep. Maybe I'm still subconsciously afraid of the dark.

I just get a bit wary sleepin alone in my flat @night as iv had a stalker for over 3 years now!!

 

Hence the silly time keeping!!
