December 4, 200222 yr CTW Members Just going for the basic 2.7 (228) with metalic, just a few £ short of £32k. Quite alot of cash for a car, but it holds it value better than anything. A 6yr old boxter is still worth around 22k, so it only looses, £1667 per year. Its a bit of a stretch to afford it, but its prob better in the long run.

December 4, 200222 yr CTW Members I'm sure a Skyline is only 34k, i've driven both & I would deffo go for the Skyline!!! Much more fun! Bam, bam, boogie, say up jump the boogie, to the rhythm of the boogie to beat!!!!!!!!!!!
December 4, 200222 yr CTW Members A skyline looses loads of value over its first few years as does an Evo or Scooby. I'm more interested in getting a car that will hold its value well, and provide a decent level of performance as well as comfort. Given the choice of a Skyline or an Evo, i'd probably choose an Evo, only because I've also driven one of em and they are tremendous fun. I agree a Skyline would be good fun and there is prob not much between it and an Evo. Personal choice really isn't it !!
