December 15, 200222 yr CTW DJs Under. Apparently it is "officially" (whatever that's supposed to mean!!!!) supposed to be under. Well that's how the queen has it anyway. (I read it in an interview with some royal butler or house maid or something a few months ago.) All the more reason to have it "over" perhaps!
