what would you do with it & who would you help with it??

I'd retire, get a nice house and develop a race team. So I'd pretty much be helping myself, family and mates really.

Id buy a great big house in the middle of nowhere for my immediate family... cos theres loads of us lol but the rest Id have to spend on socks cos mine are all odd

Race team as in motor bike racing?? You'd be pretty much set with a million eh!! Id help my family's & a few really close friends. Have lots of holidays all over the world, learn to drive & get a mini!!

Quit my job, chuck a load of it into a bank and live off the interest... and of course travel the world!

new house, car, get married (if it was phil that won it, just so im intitled to half ) give some to mum and dad and only my mum and dad, go travelling spoil the kids, have plastic surgury.

 

unfortunately iv seen what winning the lottery does to people........... its ruined my cousin

I'd by myself a nice appartment and studio to work in (probably in the centre of birmingham)

 

Out go clubbing waaaay too much.

 

Apart from that I'd just live comfortably

1 million doesnt get you that far these days, I defo wouldnt quit my job.

 

I'd pay off my debts, buy a big house, get a decent car and driving lessons and top up my DVD collection.

 

Should be left with a few thousand to have a good holiday with.

 

Wouldnt be much left after that though.

Aaaaahhhhhh the list of things to waste money on is endless I do an excellent job of it at the moment but if I had a million quid to waste on stuff I think the toys would just get more ridiculous...i've always wanted an Osprey V22 Tilt-Rotor (Plane/Helicopter thing...really cool) and the last time I checked they were about $4 million each...maybe I could barter with the nice salesman...or perhaps not.

 

Failing that i'd set up my own design agency...buy loads of classic American and Japanese cars and be able to afford to build the house i've designed...yay!

Well considering house prices these days you'd probably be able to get a nice big detatched house for about £600,000 - £750,000.

 

Had a guy win £250,000 at my casino a few months ago and he said he had just enough to pay off his mortgage.

 

Seriously though a million isnt that much in this day and age. If you invest it correctly you'll have to pay tax on it.
