Never been to a gym in my life. Dont see the point of paying up to £50 a month to get fit when you can just buy a bike for about £100 and ride everywhere.

bike won't help you build up any of your upper body though. gym will also have instructors to help plan a workout suited to what you want and it'll alwyas be warm and dry

physically not bad, rarely get physically tired from doing anything.

I guess I'm fit as in athletic, football 3 times a week and dancing all weekend & walking to work and back everyday! Not sure about the other type though
