cyber isn't what we know it back then. my mate was part of the original people to start it at GC. He hates that cus most people think of it what we see now.

I saw a programme on sky1 a few months ago and it said a guy called UV Lee started goin cyber dressed cyber and he used to be able to skip the gatecrasher que and get straight inside because he had made such an effort to get dressed up and because of this other people started dressin the same sort of way.

LMFAO, UV Lee, is alright but the whole icon thing got to his head a bit.

Don't have cyberkids in america really, closest would be candykids, who more sorta the fluffy sorta style, bracelets, necklaces, fluffy stuff!

I think candykids are American and Canadian, they are kinda like Cyberkids but there are lots of differences too.

 

I still dress Cyber (although it will annoy a few people on here cos its really fluffy cyber which isn't true cyber according to them) and I'm not gonna stop just cos some people go OTT with it.

I had a really full on cyber year for 2002, but even then id pass comment on some of the pure [censored] messes id see out and about,

 

absolute jokes and embarassments some of em, and i hated thinkin that id gone to the effort to look good and id have to fall ibn the same bracket as them losers..

But yes, people that go "cyber" and look utter unorganised messes, just degrade themselves and really need some help, it goes past the barrirers of wantin to be different then and just doing it in a contrived fashion and quite frankly lookng a twat in the process..

Thats fair enough, people should wear wat they feel comfortable in and I agree the guy in the foto does seem to have lost his sense of fashion somewhere but if he likes wearing that I'm not gonna pass judgement on him for it.
