I used to [censored] for NTL in customer payments before I started my career and I fully agree that they are shite. I wont even get into it but they really dont give a [censored] about their customers. I spent most of my time on the internet.

 

Now I am a social worker in a children's home for teenage boys. I spend lots of time counselling them on the dangers of drug use:) If they only knew...
