if you get a mate to stand there with arms next to their side like their elbows are resting on their hips ...as if their holdin an imaginary ball....

U put your hands inside theirs, touching, you have to try and oush their hands out whilst they push yours in, not too hard mind you, just keep it equal but apply some pressure....

Do this for a minute or so now when u take ur hands away isnt it magical.... laugh.gifhump.gif
