I'm a big fan of Horror movies, have to say the F13 movies are my favs despite being really bad. There's a line of 18 inch Horror character toys (Movie Maniacs) and they've done everyone except Jason, so I used that as my brief.

 

I almost did a figure of Sloth from the Goonies!

aye mate i love my horror films too. have to say though my fav is Mike. Again it's bad but it's good bad, lol, oh and Scream for the not so obvious reasons, that was more of the style it was written in.

Halloween is prob my all time fav Horror film, as for scares and suspense it's tops, I just like the whole cheesy series of F13.

Bought Maniac on DVD yesterday, nasty film, fx by my hero Tom Savini.

lol, aye halloween does mate you jump in parts. I've been gettin more and more into my based on real event war films. Been watching Black Hawk Down a lot recently. Was reading up on it too. Don't know if you have seen it but there is that driver of one of the trucks in a convoy get's an RPG that goes through the door then under his left arm (messes that up totally) then gets lodged inside him. So you got the fins stickin out on the left and on the right you've got the head of it the RPG. Didn't go off, but just before that the poor guy got shot in the shoulder and he was still stearing the struck.

 

But when you are reading one of his letters to his g'f of the time he comments on this parade that was done for 4 guys that were killed earlier in battle, and he says he can not think if that will be him in a casket.

 

The effects in Black Hawk Down are not bad and it's not some over american gun hoe hero shite as you see a lot of them get hit.

That's on my films to see list at the mo, I just haven't got the time to sit down for a couple of hours and watch anything

mate it's a must watch. Like the poor somalia guy that gets blown up by an RPG, nice. I mean a round from that 50.cal browning would rip ya apart too.

 

But i deff recommend you find the time to do so mate!!
