Am totally new to all this so havent got a clue about anything production wise really... I have Cubase SX and Reason 2.5 (which i've not played with yet) and i figure i'm gonna need a keyboard of some kind. Does anyone have any recommendations?

no thats what there designed for plus you dont need a sound card in the computer so gets rid of delays

Whatever i write will be on a Melodic Trance or Hard Trance kinda thing tho, and i'm assuming your doing a HH label?

good call - M-Audio are quality - I'm after a new controller soon as well, let me know what one you decide on.

It definatly looks like the m-audio ozone is the winner, purely because you can connect practically anything up to it, and with the others in that range, connectivity is limited
