You may have noticed the site was down again today - this was not the box hanging this time it was due to our hosting company's upstream providers ...

 

Message from our providers - Positive Internet ...

 

One of our upstream providers is currently experiencing intermittent routing problems. This appears to have been happening for the past hour or so.

Although this problem is not directly under our control we are working with our upstream providers to get the problem resolved quickly.

 

Those customers with Dolphin servers or managed dedicated servers already migrated to our newer more resilient BGP network should not have noticed this problem to the same degree as shared server customers.

 

We shall be migrating all customers to the newer more resilient network over the next few months, please watch this space (and expect e-mail etc.) for further information about this forthcoming IP number change upgrade.

 

Please note, no e-mail or data will have been lost as a result of this routing problem.
