What I said was as long as it doesn't compromise your music.

I agree totally that you shouldn't use a video to sell a song, instead of letting the music do it, but why not use a video to get your music out to an audience that wouldn't normally here it.

 

Look at Moby licensing all of Play for adverts, that wasn't about making money, that was all about getting his music out there. He didn't feel he compromised himself doing it. Gotta respect that in the end
