basically its hard to explain!

the easiet way of explaining is get into ure part of the ISP server (will tell u how sumwhere online) write a few lines in a text file and save the file as the default name (index.html) drag that into the server then ull c it in ure www addy!!

now u know where to put stuff go and buy a cheap html (the basic net language) book and go read up!! its really easy! alternatively u can just rite click on most webpages (unless they are very very flashy ones, like sundissential or tidy, cos theylll not have the source code accessible due to diff languages such as Flash). after u right click just view source (find a tiny page with just a few links on it) u can learn easy like that, if u get stuck PM me and ill teach ya thru pm's, wont take long) good luck

Dumb neet version....

I used MS front page, but you can also use front page express, word or publisher (or anything else, but they were too complicated for me!). If you only want one page in which to stick some pictures, then save this page as a HTML file and call it index, so you will have index.html. You might want to put your name or something on it and then your photos, best in JPEG form (for non-photographic form I think the best is GIF).

Once you have this index.html file you can upload this to your webspace using the FTP. The fact that it is called index means that when someone types in your addy, it will automatically be redirected to the index page, this is why you need that.

I think it is best to use Thumbnails on your picture pages so then those on 56 don't have to wait for those pictures they don't want to see to load up. ALso be careful of remote loading because some webspace providers don't really cater for this on their free webspaces.

Hope that helps!
