i prefer the sanc from what i've heard too!!

Wow, someone who actually agrees with me. I think the sanctuary is better for chillout rooms, but I don't like the main room, it is too cramped and dingy.

Only went to the academy and thought that was a big bag iof [censored] to be honest but I only went once but regular SS HQ people also said that as well !

The only good thing the Academy had going for it was a bigger dancefloor and a slightly better sound system, everything else about the Sanctuary is better, especially has previously mentioned, the atmosphere. This was almost non-existent at Academy, but is back by the bucketload at Sanc

I just thought that the sanc was too closed in.

The accademy had loooads of room to get some air!

Well, I started going about last April, and it was at DNA, then it spent a couple of weeks at Sanctuary, then it went to Academy, then back to Sanctuary. And all the crap they are now saying about improving Sanctuary was exactly what they said about improving the Academy.

 

DJSG - I agree about the air thing, if I'm not dancing, I like to be able to stand and watch the dancefloor, but there just isn't enough room at Sanctuary.

The Sanctury is brilliant - like the old days of Uropa in Leeds! I hated the Academy with a passion!!
