Had an ace weekend and feeling great.

 

No falls or trips lately - I seem to be eating well.

 

What about you ?

i've been feeling rather special as well lately

 

managed to avoid the hitting pavement too, altho a couple of near misses

I did feel a bit dizzy on the weekend mind you, but a bit of munch sorted that out.

 

PLUS I am giving up smoking today and using the patches so I can start putting on a bit of weight and start the gym again.

 

Any reason why you feel so speacial of late ?

as for my inner happyness, fuk knows. maybe its having my own house and a social life or maybe its just cuz i've been drinking 10x more than i used too

Yes I smoke. In fact, I smoke TOO much. 20 a day or just over :s Which I think is terrible at my age !

Maybe it's the indepence thing kicking in proper ! I know when I started being independant when I moved out I was ALOT happier !

 

Although drink makes me happy too
