I know u might think u would be wasting the docs time, but better to get checked out all the same. I had chronic tiredness for years, never got it checked out till last october when it turned out to be an underactive thyroid ohmy.gif which if left and untreated, can lead to all sorts of problems.......ask for a blood test and at least then u will know thumbsup.gif

You can never waste the doctors time, doesn't matter how small you think the problem is, if it's bothering you then it's a problem, worthy of going to see them.

You don't have to fall sleep to feel less sleepy!!! Relax in a quiet room for 10/15 mins with your eyes shut and that can give you a boost straight away, but you have to relax.
