I start to get them a week before, then after a day or so they kinda disappear until about 2 days before the gig and there they stay until i go on

 

Sinking 2/3 before i go and do my stuff helps though...

 

when i was with the stones i used to get them quite bad.

 

i found the best way to overcome them is to get smashed on some really funky glue.
