hmmm, well i'm a bit of a muncher throughout the night - this is possibly why i don't have comedowns ;-)

 

easy foods:

 

slimfast (easy to drink, cals, vitamins and fibre for your stomach to play with)

weetabix

chicken soup

chicken & mushroom pot noodle

 

yummy foods:

 

coco pops

quarter pounder with cheese

hagan daz

 

 

whilst i'm here, tuna pasta with mayonaisse is my perfect pre clubbing food (adventerous types add some flavouring/sweetcorn etc). you get carbs, protien, acids, salts, fat and no wind hehe. never had the burps or a delicate stomach if i started the night with a big bowl of the stuff...

    plz dont turn this into a drugs debate - imo drugs has nuffin to do with this thread as u stomache can be just as knotted from doing herbal highs/drink or even if u go strate cuz of the lack of sleep, and the excess nrg u've burnt
