Anyone been on this? What do you think, did you loose weight?

 

I started it yesterday as I am off on holiday in 8 days, want to loose weight fast in a short space of time.

    i was thinking of doing it when i started to loose weight but my doctor told me that it would cause to much harm

    protein gives u bad breath & makes ur backside smell bad doesn't it - like the protein drinks u get for weight gain for fitness training etc, so i guess it's something to do with protein.

    my sister went on it a lot a fair bit of weight, but it's all gone ttits up cince she started drinking alcohol again (which is banned)

    this is the thing with diets, you starve yourself etc, lose the weight, the when you reach the point your happy, you eat more again, or come of the diet, then the weight piles back on, eating healthy & regular exercise is the best thumbsup.gif

    Go for a 3 or 5 mile run each morning or evening. Does wonders for the body and mind.

    It's sore on the boobs, running.

     

    Oh well if I loose a bit and feel thinner by holiday time I will be a happy girl. Day 3 and no bad breath as yet although my mouth does taste minging after foods. Getting very bored of meat, meat and more meat, oh and cheese.
