why is it so fuckin difficult?

i cant go a day without, i hav no willpower and an extremely addictive personality but this is ridiculous!! just had first one today as i cudnt take it any longer!! got a head spin!!!

i know....trouble is i enjoy smoking too...i know its evil but i just cant stop....its gonna be the death of me but i feel powerless against its evil

 

this is coming from someone who gave up heroin...a walk in the park compared to cigs....

itl kill me too mate!! reason i wanna giv up is iv just got my 2nd cold in as many months and it takes me a month to fully get ova a cold! clearly not rite!! y did i eva start at the tender age of 14! 8years later and i cant stop!! i hate myself and dont want 2 DIE!!!

one pro of doing loadsa smack tho is that i didnt have 1 single period of illness the whole 2 years i was on it (unless you count the shivers and shakes and achey bone flu from hell kinda symptoms when i couldnt get hold of any!!!)

 

on a serious note tho....heroin is fooking evil and if i find out anyone that i have met and like off here is doing it or trying it i will give you the biggest kicking of your life!! (its only cos i care!!)

Yeah, I've given up about 10 times now. I can usually manage the week, but as soon as it gets to the weekend, the last thing I wanna do is make sacrifices. And I've only been smoking about 2 or 3 years.

 

Gonna have to do something soon though. I've just come back from doing 40 lengths at the pool, and the two don't really go.

Its a board I draw my plans on, I walked away when I had completed my plans. Only they didn't [censored], so I went back to my drawing board.

On the Cig's thing a mate of mine was a real heavy smoker and he used the patches to give up, if it worked on his 40 a day habbit im sure it will [censored] for anyone.......

i been smoing since 12 and i had quit a few times for months cause i got bronchituss from it but when i lived in israel i smoked more because a pakcet of cigs cost 50p so it was cheaper but i would love to give up it's just the will power
