Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to those who looked after me after my little episode at the weekend.........

That was the scariest time of my life so far and I feel so lucky to have so many friends who were there for me, sorry if I scared any of you, I honestly didn't think that would happen.

I'm gradually getting better, still having attacks every couple of hours but they're getting milder, hopefully it'll all be out of my system soon!
