You might want to delete your tempory internet files (not the folder).

Delete the tempory internet files on your computer, that is most likely where the problem is. It sounds like your computer is using the old avatar image from your HDD instead of the one you've uploaded.

attach the pic to ur next post and use the url for the attachment as the 1 for your avatar

Or.... just dont worry about it..... it sorts itself out.

Don't think u can use the URL from the attachments to put in your profile cos i've tried doing it in the past.

To be honest, it doesn't matter what YOU can see.... cos everyone else will see what they can see anyway, so it's not worth worrying about.
