    most noobs start with this or fruity loops, but you can get some fairly pro results with it.

    its a good prog for beginners.

    Theres loads - reason, fruityloops, cubase, acid pro and soundforge are just a few programmes to help make and master tunes then ull need some VSTis and maybe samples, midi files, accapellas too!!
