Being mildly serious, the first few paragraphs are a straight to the point. Reminds me of that classic episode of Wife Swap a month or two ago, featuring the archetypal Dole Scum parents (with 4 or 5 kids in tow) who blatantly had no intention of getting jobs to support their family. Why bother when you can scab off taxpayers' money...

 

Clearly we don't have enough disincentives for people to spawn more offspring when they blatantly can't/won't provide for them. Who the fuck said it's a God-given right that the state will provide for your produce... ahem, rant alert, one for Serious Issues maybe!
