Get some 'Milk Thistle' from a health food shop & take before you go out & when you get in! Works a treat!

i fell great! matt and i have had a quiet weekend in, we have been making room for ME! we also went to B&Q and homebase and enjoyed every minute of it!! im [censored] pills off and becoming a chinz clad house wife

mm i dunno if it was just me but i always liked wandering around b&q and the furniture shops, all sort of homely in there.... where's my pipe.

Got up bright and early, went to the gym at 9am and finished at 11:30am....Im pooped!

 

Then went shopping and bought a new outfit for this weekend!

 

Got a dance exam tomorrow... bit scared but hope it will go ok!
