Apparently in the space of the last month, 8 kids have almost been strangled to death by these things wrapping around their neck!! And cos they are elastic, it is a bastard to get them off again whilst you are choking to death!!

 

Great way to get rid of all the annoying little brats, but not sure the parents would appreciate it.
