Being a recent addition to "Single" life and having not had any since I moved to London 4 months ago! I want to know is 4 times a day too many?

I have experienced wankers cramp numerous times too. Oh now that is a killer!

Theres no better cure for stress methinks, its when you start getting sore you just know you need to think about calling it a day, either that or buy some better lubrication.
