Hiya hun, Lisa just told me you have had the same problem as me, ive just had my bill through from BT & it was £625.00 WTF!!!! eek.gif Did you get it sorted & if so what did ya do?

Ouch, yikes.gif thats not good! My flatmate is dealing with it, as it was his PC that did all the dialling.

 

Basically the advice that i've been given is not to contact BT in the first instance as they will do bugger all! but to contact ICSTCS on 0800 500 212.

They can take a while to pick up so they just keep trying the number.

 

If they can investigate, which they should be able to do given the nature of the calls, they will give you a reference number, then you should be able to go back to BT give them the ICSTCS reference number and ask them to freeze all the dodgy calls while its being investigated, and hopefully later on down the line, you get some or all of your money back.

 

This only happened to us last week, and my flatmate was gonna ring up on tuesday, but i've not seen him this week, so dont know if he has either done (Prob hasnt! mad.gif ) or if he has, how did he get on.
