When he is on the phone dealing with a customer, I cant hear myself think. Iv had a customer on the phone before now saying "good god, what's that fella shouting for?" And thats after I have said "Pardon?" Iv told him manya times to shut the [censored] up.

Ask your boss if you can move desks, or, tell him in no uncertain terms to shut the [censored] up because you cant hear the client, and that the client can hear him more than you!!!
