Well what you do is

You wave with your hand around a hard stick varying speeds until moment of release.

Then you've hit the correct wave length

Ahhhhhhh so thats how u do it is it?? i wondered what id been doin wrong all these years iv just beenwaving and not had anythin happen!!

All you need to do is practice.

 

Just need to find so one to practice on

yes, i think i do...cos practice makes perfect and then will all suddenly become clear as ill know my wavelength!!

I don't know meni either might need some help finding it??
