must admit Elemental - I've heard quite a few tunes which they have blatenly only changed about 4 notes - this SUCKS and really winds me up - shouldnt be allowed - especially when its 'that' blatent

    I did look into this a while back.. the only way a 'posted' copying will stand up in court is if you send it to yourself by recorded delivery, and stick the recorded sticker over the seal of the envelope.

     

    If you're making a serious release though you should go through MCPS (the music copyright service) because that's the only 100% sure way.

    if your tunes are good enough to get signed sort our your own publisher ....they are very handy for making sure u dont get ripped off!!! nod.gif
