Just bought a packet of Chewits.

 

Can't get the wrapper off.....they don't taste good with bits of paper stuck to 'em.

 

Ideas welcome as they are gonna be around for a long time at this rate

Hmmmm, this may [censored], but on the other hand may make it worse....

Try putting them somewhere cold, like a fridge or icebox, this should make the wrappers easier to remove but it will make the sweet itself rock solid.

No, I haven't had them for ages either so thought I'd give em a bash.

My favourites were the ice cream flavoured ones, not sure if they still make them though.

I remember them, only saw Strawberry, Fruit Salad and Blackcurrant.

 

Was shocked that they were 35p...sure they only used to be 15p. I'm going on the chewits site www.chewits.co.uk

i used to think [censored] it and it with the wrapper on when i was younger, lol, well if they wrapper wouldn't come off.

When you finally get in to them, are they going to taste as good as they did before?

Came off a treat, very hard at first but it soon softens in your mouth and tastes very, very nice....I feel a Chewit addiction coming on
