OK .. this MAY disgust some of you .. but ...

 

I dont cook much when I'm on my own .. cept for the girls ..will cook their tea .. so .. I tend to eat on the move .. and

 

Have just opened and eaten a can of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce ... they were lovely ..and FISHY; so bet you are glad it aint last weekend and you are about to meet me ..
